“The Number Of Infrastructure This Government Is Putting Up, Has No Match” – Sunyani East NPP Communication Director Asserts

The Director of Communications for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) at the Sunyani East Constituency, Abubakari Yakubu, otherwise known as Baba Amando, has touted some of the achievements of the party.

He asserted in a post sighted by Newshuntermag.com that the number of infrastructures that the Nana Akufo-Addo led-government has put up is unmatched.

Despite the infrastructure achievements by the party, Baba Amando claimed they have not been touting it too much.

The Sunyani East NPP Communication Director mentioned the soon-to-be commissioned Kumasi International Airport as one of the infrastructure achievements of the NPP government.

“This is the new Kumasi International Airport almost ready for commissioning in the Ashanti Region. An estimated 800,000 passengers per annum are expected to do transit through this facility. In the same vain, the Tamale international airport too is almost ready.

“We haven’t been touting ourselves too much for achieving these enviable infrastructure laurels because we have always seen the execution of these projects as our responsibility charged upon us by the people we are serving. I have already shared with you the numerous road infrastructure to be commissioned by our world celebrated VEEP. His Excellency Dr Mahamudu Bawumia today at the Ashanti Region,” he said.

Baba Amando added: “We are not putting these projects out to hoodwink the good people of this country, rather, the time has come to respond to their calling of demonstrating what we done on the score of infrastructure in this country. It is my considered opinion that, the number of infrastructure this government is putting up, has no match and time would tell because we are going to flood them here for all to see.

“The NPP government has not been using your monies for only free SHS which is going to drive our human resource base anyways, we are equally putting up deserving and proper infrastructure from railway, hospitals, roads, airports etc. This global crisis must not defeat our purpose of humanity and must not be the conduit through which the minority pursue their unsolicited political opportunity. This too shall pass!”
